Business Meeting are for all members of the Shire and other interested persons to discuss the plans and happenings of the Shire and Kingdom interests.

The meeting includes officer reports, policy statements, announcements, recognition, and initial planning for Shire events.

Garb (costume) is encouraged, but not required, for populace.  Garb is expected for those giving reports or otherwise addressing the shire.

Business meetings normally occur monthly.  At this time, our monthly business meeting is on temporary hiatus while we reorganize our meeting location, date and time.
